Red Rock 'N Roller Derby hosted an open house at the Bedeque Rec Centre yesterday and we had a pretty good turnout! I did a couple demos with the girls then spent the rest of my time helping new skaters and sharing my gear. I'm pretty useless from getting slaughtered at practice on Thursday night. Concussion or whiplash, I'm not waiting in emerg to find out. So I'm takin' it easy. Watched a bunch of bouts on youtube since last night and I'm still stoked about knocking bitches down!
